Driving While Intoxicated (DWI)

Your civil case can be either administrative, if you submit to a breathalyzer or, if you refused to submit to a chemical test of your breath, a petition for review can be filed in Associate Court. Filing either of these will temporarily stop any suspension or revocation of your driving privilege until the case has been adjudicated and a decision is made.
